We take our customer service as seriously as we take our coffee; please let us know if you're dissatisfied with your order so we can make it right. We do our best to minimize mistakes but they are still bound to happen from time to time and we'd love to get the chance to correct them!

Why can't I find a frappe or smoothie to order?

We unfortunately stopped delivering our frappes or smoothies as they start to separate if they sit too long and they don't meet our high standards for our drinks.

How do I get the scoop on having JAMs delivered weekly to my school or business?

Please reach out to us at mail@jamscoffeebar.com and we'll figure out the best way to get your school or business added to our routes.

How do I order your monthly special?

For our lattes the monthly special can typically be found under "Signature Flavors" and for the cold brew the monthly special is typically found under "Cold Brew Pairings." Any chai we showcase can typically be found under "Chai Type." The other monthly specials like our Breezers tend to be their own item and can be searched for by their name.

What should I do if I can't find the flavor I want or if I want more than one flavor?

If you're looking for a specific flavor profile you can type the flavor in the notes and we'll do our best to make something close to what you're after.

If you're wanting to split flavors like vanilla and cinnamon for instance, we recommend picking one of the flavors and typing the other flavor in the notes; this tells us to split your pumps instead of adding more and more pumps of flavor to your drink.
